In October the XII Memorial Wolfgang Reber-Club de Polo Ampurdán Tournament was played. The winning team was Scharlau P.T. (Santi Calzado, Álvaro Calzada, Jorge Ayesa and Robert Payne / Tonete Ayesa). The Fair Play went to Diego Pérez. Balance exercises can train and strengthen the neuromuscular system ans increase stability. The discipline of balance and strength is so old that some claim that it began with the beginnings of man.
