Arena Tournament BBQ Details and teamsTomorrow, Saturday, July 20th

Hi guys!!! Wow, what a week!!! The adult camp was AMAZING! I cannot wait for all of you to meet the new players and then see what new tricks the seasoned players learned!Tomorrow we'll be hosting our mid summer arena tournament followed by our mid season welcome BBQ!! The lamb is being prepared, the steaks are cut and the rolls are baking!!!! Right after the arena tournament we'll host everyone who is in town for summer polo along with family, friends and polo fans! We will also TRY to do the Governor's Cup draw at the BBQ. We are still waiting 100% confirmation on the 6th team. We'll eat and do trophies around 7:30ish.The teams and chukker lists for the arena tournament are:

Match #1/Chukker #1 will start at 3pmMatch #2/chukker #5 will start at 4pm

Match #3/Chukker #1 will start at 5pmMatch #4/chukker #5 will start at 6pm

Governor's Cup July 28th - August 4thLt. Governors CupAugust 7th-11thWe have 6 teams in the USPA Governors Cup...UBS, Crossfit El Cid, Magness, Boulder, Victory, and Myers . We'll play a bracket system over 6 days with the finals on August 4th. All teams will be 6goals but we will host the tournaments as a 4-8g so that a few of the 5goal players can play. It will be 4 chukkers.If you have questions please contact Erica.The play dates will be:July 26July 28July 31August 2August 3August 4We'll then plan to play the Lt. Governors Cup with the finals on August 11th. Please tell us by July 21st if you would like to play and we'll help to form teams July 22nd so that you can have a few weeks to practice with them.The play dates will be:August 7August 9August 11
